An armed man has barricaded himself in his home in Bainbridge this morning following an apparent domestic dispute, according to neighbors.
Dozens of state police are on the scene, with some in sniper positions on the roof of The Family Dollar at the corner of North Main Street and Johnson Street, according to a store employee.
That employee said she heard two shots at around 10 a.m.
Callers to The Daily Star report a large police presence in Bainbridge and road closures around the area where the subject is said to be barricaded.
No details were immediately available from state police.
The man was said to be in an apartment at 6 Johnson St., which is across the street from The Family Dollar.
