Man found dead in Oneonta identified

ONEONTA — City police on Monday identified a man found dead in Huntington Park as a 50-year-old Morris resident.
William Woishnis died of natural causes while walking in the park, police said.
He was found by a passerby early Sunday afternoon, and police ruled out foul play shortly after that.
