Tiger Woods misses British Open cut

Tiger Woods, a 14-time major champion and three-time winner of the British Open, has missed the cut at Turnberry.
After two rounds, Woods was 5 shots over par, including 4-over 74 today. The cut line was 4-over.
It is the first missed cut at the British Open for Woods, who has missed cuts at majors only twice before — once each at the Masters and U.S. Open.
The Open allows the top 70 players, plus ties, to continue on to the final two rounds.
