Strong thunderstorm in Delaware, Otsego

The National Weather Service alert is for northeastern Delaware and south-central Otsego counties.
The storm is capable of small hail, strong and gusty winds, and heavy rain, the NWS said.
It has already passed through sections of Chenango, Delaware and Otsego counties, and 2.5-3 inches of rain have reportedly fallen in parts of Chenango.
The storm will approach the following locations at approximate times:
■ Emmons, 7:30 p.m.
■ Meridale, 7:35
■ Delhi, 7:40
■ East Delhi and East Meredith, 7:45
■ Kortright and Bovina Center, 8 p.m
■ Hobart, 8:15
■ Stamford, 8:25.

Large hail and localized flooding is also possible with this storm, the alert says.
