Delaware storm watch extended; others canceled

The National Weather Service’s severe thunderstorm watch has been discontinued for Chenango and Otsego counties.
The watch was originally to last until 8 p.m. At times, it was accompanied by a severe thunderstorm warning as a line of storms passed through upstate New York.
In Delaware County, however, the watch remains in effect until 8 p.m.
