Robbery at Oneonta Sears

ONEONTA — A robbery today at the Sears store on South Main Street is under investigation, Oneonta police said.
Nobody was injured.
Police were called at about 12:20 p.m. by 911, to report the act that involved a lone white male, between 20-30 years of age, with a scruffy beard, baseball cap, and long-sleeve shirt and long pants, said Oneonta police Lt. Dennis Nayor.
The robber got away with an undisclosed sum, on bicycle, Nayor said. The robber traveled up Market Street to Division Street, he said.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call police at 432-1113.
